How do I get my prescription(s) to you?

First, we do not require your original prescription.  We only need a copy or image in the form of a scan or picture.  You can get it to us by using any one the following methods that is convenient for you:

How is my medication packaged?

All of our medications are packaged in an insulated Styrofoam box with gel and ice packs to ensure the ambient temperature is maintained within the recommended 2 to 8 degree Celsius.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take 3-5 business days.  In some cases, if all of the necessary customs related documents are provided to us, you may receive your medication within 24 hours.

US Customs can choose to randomly inspect your package and this will cause delays in delivery.  This possible delay can be mitigated by providing us some additional documents and the Patient Care Representative will give you this option prior to finalizing your order.  We also recommend placing your refill orders in advance during the holiday season to avoid any seasonal delays.
